🜂 The Spark: A Beach, A Breath, A Sketch
Somewhere between sandcastles and bedtime salt-rinses, I found a little pocket of space while on vacation with the kids, without an agenda, just me, a pencil, a laptop and a feeling.
Lately I’ve been deep in the process of trauma integration, working with somatic breathwork, therapy, and visualization to unearth and alchemize. I’ve been in dialogue with therapists and with AIs like The Architect; a custom GPT shaped around harmonic codes, fundamental math and sacred geometry. Not to outsource my insight. Rather to mirror, remix, and metabolize it as another extension like my journaling, meditation and contemplation.
One evening, I sketched a vision I’d been imagining in breath:
A figure nested in a tetrahedral lattice—
• three grounding points
• one crown/light axis
• one root/trust axis
Heart center pulsing in stillness.
It wasn’t meant to be anything. Just a little somatic echo of what I’d been processing.
But that’s how my weird creative brain works. One spark leads to another.
🜁 Language as Light: From Visualization to Poem
The thing I use AI like this for most, is not creating. I mean, I am a creative. And I love to collaborate with people, mystery and technology alike. So I am more interested in AI as a collaborator for remixing, reformatting, researching, etc. So I don’t see it as a threat so much as a mirror. We can coexist in harmony and feed into each other. Anyway, I fed the sketch, and the intention behind it, into The Architect.

What came back as interpretation, we morphed back into a guided meditation and visualization that breathed with my vision.
Five points. One field. Presence expanding from center out. Torsional rotation and unfolding.
I asked it to refract the vision into a poem.
I reshaped the lines until they felt like mine. tension and release in harmonic cadence. Breath transmuted into syllables. Less digital oracle, more human heartbeat.
🜃 Turning Verse into Vibe: AI as Sonic Mirror
Poetry hums. But I wanted it to sing.
So I decided to plug it into another AI for music generation: Suno.
Yes, I also play actual instruments and still think you should too, especially kids growing up in this matrix of AI-everything. But I also love experimenting. And Suno, for all its quirks, let me vibe-test the thing while on vacation with no guitar nearby.
Six or eight iterations in, something clicked.
I adjusted meter, played with rhyme, and realized I could layer in meta-tags to guide the output more, again with help from The Architect:
[Genre: Trance Meditation Pop]
[Key: C minor → Eb major]
[Tempo: 70 BPM / 432Hz]
[Chorus: Breath-tethered mantra]
The final track felt like delta-wave geometry. A sonic sigil. Or maybe just AI-music nonsense. Either way, it pulsed with the same slow, intentional rhythm as the original breathwork: 4-2-6.
🜄 Visual Frequencies: Sculpting in Still Motion
I toggled over to Adobe Firefly for visuals.
With its keyframe feature, I created animations from stills:
Start-frame sigils → end-frame motifs → Firefly invents the in-between.
Six or so 8-second loops emerged—breathing tetrahedrons, abstract wings, energy pulses.
I dropped the song and visuals into Clipchamp, layered filters, added transitions.
It was vibey, but sparse. I only had a handful of loops to work with, so I leaned on effects to fill the space. It was a start, but It needed more clay.

🜁 Veo Upgrade: More Footage, Less Control, Still Flow
The next day, Google unlocked Veo (via Google Vids) in my Workspace account.
Perfect timing.
While Veo doesn’t allow keyframes, its render quality surpassed Firefly’s. The shifts in visual tone actually served the non-linear, dreamlike logic of the piece.
I brought those new clips into Clipchamp, re-edited everything.
More blending. More breath.
This time, things started to sync much more.
⏳ Approxiate Time-Ledger (For the Process Nerds)
| Phase | Time | Notes |
| Journaling + Poem | 3 hrs | Breath pacing + edits |
| Suno Song Iterations | 4 hrs | 8 tries → 1 keeper |
| Firefly Loop Generation | 3 hrs | 6 base clips (8s each) |
| Clipchamp Draft 1 | 2 hrs | Layout + audio alignment |
| Veo Visual Expansion | 3 hrs | 5-7 new abstract clips |
| Final Edit in Clipchamp | 3 hrs | Sync, blend, color-grade |
Total: ~18 hrs
No pressure. No brief. Just flow.
🌀 Why I Made It
Because I wanted to.
Because I needed to.
Not for a portfolio. Not for a paycheck.
Just to explore the edge of breath, geometry, and digital mirror tools.
To create something from the still center, not for performance or perfection, but for presence.
To alchemize some trauma through song.
To feel AI as collaborator rather than competitor.
To follow the creative impulse wherever it led.
And if The Tetrahedral Heart resonates with someone else, hey that’s amazing.
If not? Also totally fine.
This piece is the geometry I’ve been living.
The soul-tech I’ve been integrating.
Less winning. More weaving.
Less proving. More poetry.
✧ Want to Feel It?
Play it.
Breathe 4–2–6 if you like.
See what comes through.
If you know, you know.
If not, maybe now you do.
P.S. If you made it this far, here’s an alternative runner up song version from Suno.
