The key is not to prioritize what’s on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities.

"The key is not to prioritize what's on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities." ~ Stephen Covey I thought I'd give a little more insight into my planner process. This is what it currently looks like. I've combined some things from the best self journal and bullet journaling. I've got the day on the left broken into starting and ending the day with a gratitude reflection to help cultivate positive mindset. Then I pick a goal or focus for the day which is distilled from what I have going on at the moment. Then I've got my action list for the day which I use some bullet journal style notation on. I pick an inspirational quote that has to do with my goal or focus for the day as something to mediate on and craft a social media /blog post around. Then I have my schedule which I list in two columns. On the left is my time as I plan to spend it. On the right is how I actually spent it. It's ok of I don't spend it exactly as I planned but doing this helps me to mentally check in and ask myself throughout the day: "Is THIS really how I should be spending my time RIGHT Now?" It helps to cultivate the mindfulness y'all. On the facing page are daily notes on my action items, grocery lists, doodles, whatever I need it to be, really. Flexible space to fill or leave blank.
