Spain Sketch Print: Jardin de La Sinagoga in Astorga, Spain

This print of my sketch of the Jardin de La Sinagoga in Astorga, Spain is about to go to its new home. You can't travel there now IRL but you can through the power of art. This park sits atop a wall that surround the city of Astorga, built by the Roman's in 14 BC. The city was a primary outpost militarily, as repository for the gold mining operation and one of the first Bishops of the Roman catholic church. It is one of the cities through which one pases if they are a pilgrim on the Camino de Santiago. The light there is different from here. The sky remains a lavender color for a much longer duration than we have here in Asheville and the sunsets such as the one from this moment are much more golden. $40 for an 11x17 unframed, hand signed print, plus $15 to ship it anywhere in the US. Free local contactless delivery in the 828. Message me if you want one. Other sizes availible, just ask. #hornsbycreative #art #artist #artistsoninstagram #arte #instaart #illustration #artoftheday #illustratorsoninstagram #illustrationartists #postbeauty #creativity #creative #drawings #sketch #sketchdaily #ashevillartists #artprints #traveljournal
