These past few months have been a lot of seed planting.I always approach the sales side of the business as more of a farmer than a hunter. A patient approach to building long term relationships over the quick hunt for a fast transaction.I don’t just want to sell someone my services, I want to take the time to get to know them and find out what they are passionate about and what their hopes and struggles are. Then see in what creative ways I can keep them grow their business. That may not mean some service I offer. It may simply be an introduction to someone else or sharing a resource. If the time comes that I can be of service, great. Until then we can still be friends, and I’ve still got your back and will cheer you on.
