This was the first sign I designed for GIGANTIC! when we started teaming up last year. Always fun to play with double sided asymmetry.
It’s taken a little longer than the typical project to fulfill due to permitting hurdles and fabricator foibles. But we got it done and we’re all happy with how it turned out. Shout out to Chukk Burrsema for helping save the day with some last minute plasma cutting.
What I love about sign design is the blend of disciplines. Form and function. Architecture, construction, information design, graphic design, way finding, experiential design, typography… They all come together on a project like this. Lots to explore and play with. Never a dull day
