Workshop at Wilkes Community College Retail Academy Bootcamp
In today’s saturated attention economy, the brands that thrive aren’t the loudest. They’re the clearest, the bravest, and the most human. On Tuesday, September 23rd (4–10pm), as part of the Retail Academy Bootcamp at Wilkes Community College, we’ll dive into what it really means to build a brand that connects.
This isn’t branding as a logo or a tagline. This is branding as an emotional journey that your customers want to join. Through stories, we’ll explore how to position your customer as the hero and your brand as the trusted guide. Because when you communicate with clarity, you build loyalty.
We’ll look at how our client, Rosetta’s Kitchen, an Asheville institution, built its cult following by leaning deeply into values, emotion, and experience. Then, we’ll turn theory into practice with interactive exercises where you’ll map your own brand’s story arc. Bring a notebook or laptop. You’ll leave with tools you can put to work immediately.
✨ What You’ll Gain:
- How clarity + courage create real connection
- The four key factors that separate thriving brands from the rest
- Ways to weave your story into marketing, visuals, and customer experiences
- A practical framework to strengthen your brand communication right away
Whether you’re launching from your living room or scaling your storefront, this workshop will help you build a brand that’s designed to matter—and to last.
